“신체 접촉 강요돼 역겨웠다”…오메가엑스 휘찬, 전 소속사 대표 강제추행 혐의 불기소 처분 #오메가엑스 #휘찬 #OMEGAX 그룹 오메가엑스 멤버 휘찬이 강제추행 혐의 불기소 처분을 받았다. 17일 소속사 아이피큐에 따르면 최근 검찰은 휘찬이 전 소속사 대표 A씨를 강제추행했다는 혐의에 대해 증거 불충분으로 무혐의 불기소 처분을 받았다. 검찰은 “혐의를 입증할 객관적이고 신빙성 있는 증거가 부족하다”고 불기소 처분을 결정한 것으로 알려졌다. “신체 접촉 강요돼 역겨웠다”…오메가엑스 휘찬, 전 소속사 대표 강제추행 혐의 불기소 처분 (사진: 오메가엑스 공식 SNS) 지난 16일 JTBC ‘사건반장’에서 휘찬은 “경찰 조사 단계부터 이미 범죄자로 낙인찍힌 것 같다는 느낌을 받았다. 너무 억울했고 인생이 끝난 것 같았다”며 “단둘이 남아있던 자리에서 계속 욕설과 협박이 이어졌고 거부했지만 신체 접촉이 강요됐다”고 심경을 밝혔다. 당시 상황에 대해 휘찬은 “너무 무섭고 수치스러워 도망치듯 자리를 벗어났다”며 “그 사람이 스스로를 엄마라고 부르며 애정 표현을 강요했고 ‘연예인 관두고 싶냐’는 말을 반복했다. 솔직히 역겨웠다”고 A대표로부터 당한 일을 언급했다. 앞서 오메가엑스의 전 소속사 스파이어엔터테인먼트 측은 지난해 3월 기자회견을 열고 A씨가 휘찬으로부터 강제추행을 당했다며 CCTV 영상을 공개, 공동대표이자 A씨의 남편인 B씨가 휘찬을 상대로 강제추행 혐의로 형사고소를 진행하겠다고 밝혔다. 이에 현 소속사 아이피큐와 휘찬 측은 “CCTV가 공개된 술자리는 군입대 영장이 발부된 멤버들의 고민을 해소하기 위한 자리가 아닌, 평소와 같이 소속사 내 고위 임원들의 강요에 의해 이루어진 자리”라며 CCTV 영상에 대해 입장을 밝혔다. 소속사는 “스파이어엔터테인먼트 측의 주장에 따르면 2022년 7월 11일, 멤버 휘찬은 군입대 관련 고민을 털어놓기 위해 술자리에 참석하고 강성희 전 대표와의 별도 면담을 신청했다”며 “하지만 주장과는 다르게, 실제로 2022년 당시 휘찬의 군입대 영장은 8월 1일에 발부되었으며 9월 중순 경 입대로 통지됐다”고 당시 상황을 설명했다. 아이피큐 측은 “7월 10일 저녁부터 시작된 술자리는 멤버들의 고민을 들어주기 위해서가 아닌, 앨범 발매 후 판매를 위해 노력하는 노고를 이해해주지 않는다며 서운해하는 강성희 전 대표를 위로하기 위해 강요된 자리”라고 반박했으며, 전 소속사 대표들이 멤버들에 계약 기간 동안 수차례 술자리를 강요하고 가스라이팅, 강압적 태도, A 대표의 과도한 애정표현과 스킨십 요구 등이 있었다고 주장해 진실 공방이 이어졌다. 오메가엑스는 지난 2022년 스파이어엔터테인먼트 A 대표로부터 폭언 및 폭행, 성추행 등을 당했다고 주장하며 소속사를 전속계약 효력 정지 가처분 소송을 제기하고 현 소속사로 이적했다.
