Update to OmniOutliner. First major update in 9 years, more $$ than the last update, but worth it IMO. Covers Mac, iPhone/iPad versions with 1 license.
I mainly use OmniFocus (a task manager on steroids) daily to track all my tasks
The only OmniGroup product I don't have is OmniPlan.

To this day #OmniGraffle by #Omnigroup is one of the best, if not the best tool for doing #diagrams and even #UI mockups. So much faster and more usable than those often horrible web based services.
