It is a sunny cloudless day and there is a portion of the photographer's shadow in the lower right of the photo. Above the glove at the edge of the road is a warning, curved road, sign. The road disappears into the background up a hill on the left. There are blurry houses and a fence along the road. The glove itself is of white with dirt on the palm of the glove. The wrist is a striped grey with a black edge.

A balanced picture with a paved walkway with a side that bisects the picture horizontally. Above the pavement is green grass with dark green bushes; both are the length of the picture. There are some leafless trees behind the row of bushes that reach beyond the frame. They cover a partially cloudy but mostly blue sky. On the pavement close to the camera is the edge of a small white structure. It covers 3/4 of the height of the picture, from the top, and is on the right side of the framing. Protruding from the bottom of this structure is a small dark grey glove, forgotten on the pavement.
