Further reply: some of the roads opening/reopening (link road, etc) will allow buses to go up those routes and avoid the congested roads.
I will tell you in advance (see the #OneMoreLane principle) that they'll all be congested.

i used to have to drive on this. rich people built their own toll road so they could go around this, cost $5-7/dy to use it 10yrs ago #OneMoreLane

It's a major bottleneck. We could add #OneMoreLane, but until we offer alternative methods of transportation, then it will continue to be a disaster. If we had commuter rail along the CN right of way which passes directly underneath, that would remove a huge amount of vehicle traffic

Trafikksikkerheten er et godt argument, men kunne vært vært ivaretatt med midtdeler (uavhengig av antall felt). Kapasitet derimot brukes til at folk kan kjøre bil alene til jobb og at varetransport går på vei istedenfor bane, så er køen og forurensingen der fortsatt #onemorelane
