On #OneSpecialDay, October 3 2025, an incredible community of over 300 SpecialEffect supporters took to the rainy streets of London for #OneSpecialWalk.

We could not be more excited to announce that together you raised £135,000, a number beyond our wildest dreams and we can't thank you all enough!
