Now I’m curious.
The post below was from Karen’s son (presumably Katie’s bro) just days after CFIA declared the #ostrichfarm under quarantine. He seems cooperative & warns people away.
By the end of Jan, the farmers had a 📞 with a PR pro who recommended inviting the freedumbers.

-no accurate bird count even then;
-the #ostrichfarm may have hidden an earlier disease outbreak too?!?
-only 2 could be tested for avian flu, as the rest were too badly decomposed. 😟

Today, one of the supporters of the #ostrichfarm died on their property. RCMP tried & failed to resuscitate him.
