This photo was taken in 1990, in New Brunswick, using slide film in a Minolta X-700. The slide was digitized and edited further using Luminar AI software.

A view through a windshield as a car approaches a red light at night. A slow shutter speed provides motion. The road ahead is wet, so lights are reflected upon it. The camera was secured on a tripod in the middle of the back seat of the car, set up ahead of time so that I could drive undistracted. All I had to do was press a cordless shutter release on a two-second delay.
