In 2017 CBS had 8 new shows, all starring men, 7 of them white men. They made excuses, ignored push back. Then 5 of the 7 white men led shows flopped hard. In 2018, they had a diverse new slate. Apparently CBS forgot this lesson; it's time they learned again. #OurTimeWillCome #SaveNCISHawaii
