Hot weather: Nurseries are not encouraged to carry out outdoor activities – Nancy KUCHING: Women, Family and Community Development Minister Datuk Seri Nancy Shukri has advised daycare operators not to carry out outdoor activities during the hot weather season to ensure the safety of children, especially those under three years old.
