Alternate version of Astro Boy 2003 episode 5 Rainbow canyon in which a young girl named Mimi arrives in Metrocity to find Astro and ask for his help in saving her family's farm in Rainbow canyon, which has suffered many terrible storms. One of the farm workers, Katari, is misusing the weather tower built by Mimi's grandfather to terrorize the robots working on the farm, hoping to provoke a massive ecological catastrophe to blame the robots for the misdeed. Unfortunately, Astro's intervention didn't have the desired effect for Mimi, as the young robot boy was neutralized by a powerful electromagnetic field from the science base beneath the farm of the young brunette's grandfather, who was knocked unconscious by Katari. When she awoke, Mimi realized that she had been tied/gagged to a chair with dynamite at her feet, the detonator of which would trigger detonation in 5 minutes' time, causing an explosion which would be multiplied tenfold by the generator sabotaged by Katari, so that the electrical overload combined with the dynamite would make her victim's body disappear, leaving no trace for the authorities to find. A cruel end for the young girl who had hoped to prevent this terrorist from carrying out his crime, but it's all going to end in disaster unless a Deus ex machina saves her before it's too late.
