Anyone here know whether this is the case and, if so, whether Oxaloacetate may be counter-productive for ME/LC?

My experience at 2000mg daily has been entirely positive, for moderate ME - energy, cognition, capacity, mood etc. all improved.

Day six of #Oxaloacetate. Minor uplift on day three; less groggy, heavy, slightly clearer cognition, which has sustained.

But, heartburn, more than usual. A headache arrived late on day four, still got it. Slept nearly 11 hours last night! Feel quite out of it today. Not sure what's occuring.

Found some! But it's £87.28 for 30 x 100mg capsules!

Any idea the effective dosage range that ME/LC folks tend to respond within?
