2) find the busiest passenger airports & build profitable #PAER Premium Airport Express Rail as seed miles for the big network.

It’s completely nuts to reject airports for high speed rail. eg 73 trains per day for #PAER at premium price for fastest service is the only way to farebox fund city crossing tunnels like London’s, as seed miles for all other high speed rail routes.

Premium Airport Express Rail #PAER using Acela standards, is only for top ~17 airports, airport nonstop to downtown & city crossing adding many stops, to unify 1 metro region. 37, 55, or 73 trains per day.

Longhaul Airport Express Rail #LAER /shortens 1 flight, moving all pax bags food/bev nonstop.
