The Zom-pea have a vacuum underneath their stem that they use to sick up debris and use it as projectiles, also has a bomb inside it's head for use in case of emergency (auto destruction most of the time)

The zomflower isn't as smart as the other zom-plants, see it as an healing station with extra steps. Use it's petals as saw blades for defense and it's powered by an sin bomb! (That one gimmick from PVZ2 far future)

The zom-chomper can eat a whole car with no problem, it can shoot an toxic cloud instead of a goo unlike it's organic counterpart, it's spikes and base are actually drills that it uses when burrowing. (Fun fact: highly inspired by an unused Gw1 engineer ability!)

The zom-cactus are mostly used for area domination and denial, they aren't as mobile as the other zom-plants staying mostly stationary, they pump toxins into the ground to zombify it. It's also very good at taking down flying plants
