#PFIC だけで済ますのも不親切な気がしてきたので今更追記すると、米国にtax returnする必要がある人（主に米国に住んでいるか、米国人であるか、グリーンカードを持っている人）が、米国のものでないETFや投資信託を所有していると、毎年その「含み益に」課税されてしまったりするんですね。なんというか大損です。なのでまぁ、持たない方が多分良いですよっていう。
（自分は上記PwCの税理士にそうアドバイスされましたが、単なる非専門家の意見ですので、詳しくは国際税務に詳しい専門家に確認してくださいませ。）

hey @davidein, why did $GLRE remove disclosure about broker counterparties from the 10-K after the @SEC_Enforcement made inquiries in 2009? @retheauditors, isn't it a red flag when companies start to limit disclosure especially when questioned? #PFIC #IRS
