An illustrated movie poster for the film Pig (2021). This landscape poster depicts a closeup of the main character (played by Nicolas Cage) within the shape of a pig with its snout to the ground. The Title, director and actor credits are in top right corner executed in an elegant typeface.
My alternative poster for Michael Sarnoski's Pig (2021).
I wanted to simultaneously convey the partnership and separation of Robin Feld and his pig.
The typography is meant to evoke that of a high quality restaurant menu, the one that maybe Robin used to run?

Finally watched Michael Sarnoski’s film ‘Pig’ with Nicolas Cage. An emotional exploration of love, loss, and grief that subverts expectations of Cage's typical roles. Inspired me to create this tribute in the style of Charlie Mackesy!

Just saw #PigMovie at @Rdng_bsct_fctry. Don't go thinking this is "lol Nicolas Cage doing John Wick but with a pig," it's a beautifully shot, affecting drama. And the scene where he murders a chef with words is, well. *Chef's kiss.* 🐷
