Much as I applaud and advocate for more inter tier matches the cold reality is that Tier 2 teams need to regularly play against Wolfhound level teams for a number of years before they’re able to compete against a Tier 1 team. I mean can you imagine a full Ireland playing today? #PORvIRE #rugby
