Artwork is Partitioned in a Pentagonal partition, with 5 windows and a central Pentagon. At Top is Nightmare King Grimm and Nightmare Heart At Left is The Pale King At Right is the Radiance At Bottom left is the White Lady At Bottom right is Unn At the Central Pentagon is the Void Entity.
Same way as the previous one, however the void here is active, following the events of the "Embrace The Void" ending, characterized by it's bigger eye sheen and lashing tendrils outwards towards the 5 Higher Beings
