The #Paleocore project is a study involving 124 sediment cores taken across Europe.
👉 Objective: to find out whether major historical events (industrialization, Chernobyl, the rise of pesticides, etc.) have had a significant impact on the health of coastal marine ecosystems.

Le projet #Paleocore, c’est une enquête avec 124 carottes sédimentaires prélevées à travers l'Europe.
👉 Objectif : savoir si des faits historiques majeurs, (Tchernobyl, l'industrialisation, l’essor des pesticides...) ont pu bouleverser la santé des écosystèmes marins côtiers.
