Mike is talking to Wade the Wizard before their rap battle starts. Wade says "Hmph... Even a lyrical miracle nerd like you ain't beating me today "Manic Mike"..." to Mike.

Mike runs into a guy named Ray. Ray says to Mike, "... Hmm? Don't mind me, I'm just here to see who wins.", in reference to the rap battle.

Mike is at the rap battle and speaking to a weird follower girl... she says "What's up Barnes? Did you hear about one of the prizes being a weird VHS tape?". anything could be on this so-called "weird tape". Though it's suggested that the tape is suggestive... take that as you will.

Mike's at the rap battle taking place in his apartment complex. the prize seems to be a decent amount of cash and oddly enough a very mysterious VHS tape. This leads to the 1st Event Battle in the game... a rap battle with 3 rounds.

Mike stares down at the ground lost in his thoughts, while his friend and coworker Ray tells him how dangerous the Void inside the high school supposedly is.

The high school where Mike and Ray are sent to subdue a void has multiple explosions occur in front of Mike and Ray. You can see fire and the word BOOM in front of the school.

Mike looks up in concern, while Ray looks totally shocked at what he's seeing after the explosions occur to the high school.

After some convincing... Mike get's Ray to run into the school with him to find the Void causing problems.

Voids when you're calm and not transformed... some may talk while others will look at Mike puzzled.

Depending on Mike's mood, his psyche energy will alert the Voids in the area. This one will come running after Mike when he's hype or anxious. you can stop them with an attack though or just run away.

Depending on Mike's mood, his psyche energy will alert the Voids in the area. When you've transformed in to Lo-Fi, some voids will be too scared to fight you once you've calmed down enough and will actually run from you.

The Panic Meter will change how Voids react to you. some won't do anything regardless of your mood. others will chase you when you're hype or anxious as that's the energy you're putting in the air. other's will run when you're calm and transformed.

I redid Mike's idle in battle to match his void form. both of which were inspired by Alex from SF3. Mike's got grappler moves, so I figured to model his stance based on that.

My game was always based around a comic book idea I had back in 2003-2004... the characters on the wall are actually from that version of the story that takes place a few years before the events of the game. Mike's older brother being a part of the original crew.

Mike running along in his other form as LO-FI. In this form, you can see the shadow trail LO-FI leaves as he runs. Also, there is no walking when you gotta move fast before you lose your cool... so LO-FI automatically runs.

I can say is a LOT has come together in a short amount of time. I've once again tried to get things going in rpg maker MZ and (probably because I haven't touched battles yet), it's actually going really well. or better than it has in the past.

You can run in and out of the one side of the building to the other side, as they're connected via a short bridge. You can see a "GO!" symbol, indicating you can leave in that general direction.

Mike is on the world map in front of the first real stage in the game... Stage 1: F-F-Fire!, which takes place in the Bantam Apartments that Mike and May live in.

Cleaned up the world map a LOT lol... These will probably be the two areas in the demo, Break Space and the Bantam Apartments. Each stage is named after a song from a video game... The Mission being from FFVIII and F-F-Fire! from Mother 3.
