I am looking for parties in government across elections in the 20th C, across many countries (pref all European or even more). But in the #ParlGov subfile I only see first and last appearance in the data.

How were these percentages calculated? The image caption refers to #ParlGov and #ThePopuList. What elections and what parties are data referring to? In ITA, I wouldn't call the M5S rightwing, but populist leftwing (like BSW in Germany).
