The store where I get my #vegan #cheese didn't have #miyokos anymore. They had a new #mozzarella, I thought I'd give it a go. I opened & tried the goat style #vegancheese & it's pretty darn tasty 😋 🧀

I cooked the just egg like I would if I was doing an omelet & cut it after it was done.

I used #Banza crust. I'm allergic to #gluten & it's the only #glutefree crust I like man, it's not thin or chewy. I used marinara mixed with a little #veganmayo (I swear it's good) #beyondmeat burger, green onions, #ParmellaCreamery cheese & olives YUM!

OMGLOB 🤯😻🤤So many #vegan alternatives to #Dairy 🙌 we sure have more choices than when I 1st went vegan. My fave vegan #cheese #ParmellaCreamery it tastes GREAT just by itself but it's good to cook with too.
