I used #Banza crust. I'm allergic to #gluten & it's the only #glutefree crust I like man, it's not thin or chewy. I used marinara mixed with a little #veganmayo (I swear it's good) #beyondmeat burger, green onions, #ParmellaCreamery cheese & olives YUM!

Lemme tell ya -- fried #tofu makes one hell of a good sammich. Marinated or not, fried slice along with some #vegan smoked #gouda, some #veganmayo, and a slice of tomato and I am in hog heaven!! Add some dill pickle slices. Ain't nothing better.
