I just loved the atmosphere on this morning. It was still quiet and moody with a beautiful fog rolling in and sun shining through. I fired off many compositions of this same image but was able to get lucky with a lone bird
Great Blue Heron snags a Brown Hoplo Catfish on Payne's Prairie near Gainesville, FL. It takes a while for the bird to swallow these invasive armored catfish because of the heavy armor, spines etc.
