Each "fan" consists of a central rust, orange and yellow section created with a combination of counted thread stitches and beaded accents. On either side of this central bit, each fan has 2 golden yellow sections of beaded needlework. The outermost regions of each fan are seafoam coloured pulled thread stitched sections, also with added beads for bright sunshiny sparkle. The outer border is scalloped in appearance and is created with scalloped buttonhole stitch and an overdyed Valdani thread.
