This is a photograph of some pears in a basket with a handle. Behind them is a terracotta pot in which the fruit tree grows by our back door. The pears are currently very green but should go a yellower colour when they're ripe. Here's hoping!

The pears look very green but they picked easily and I wanted to get to them before they fell or got nibbled. Hopefully they will ripen indoors 🤞
