Minneapolis rents have fallen mostly due to removing parking mandates. A two bedroom home is about the same size as 3 parking spots. And each spot adds about $250 to monthly rent. Hoping we can bring back and pass the #PeopleOverParking bill this year.

While an opt-in TOD bill did not pass (WLR), it was shown to have widespread support. Hoping another version of it returns next year as well as a CT version of #PeopleOverParking and Corner Coffee Shop legalization.
