A woman stands outside, next to a tree. She wears sunglasses, a pink floral sleeveless blouse and black jeans.
#MeMadeMay Day 11 in my #PerennialBlouse and #WorshipJeans. I think that this blouse may have shrunk a bit in the wash since I last wore it. The waistband is tighter than I remember. I made the jeans in a lightweight denim, so they actually were not bad for this hot weather.
Size H Perennial Blouse by Sewn with Grit. Did a 7/8" fba as per the directions. Sewn in a vintage novelty cotton and antique glass buttons.
My #perennialblouse is done!
Planning on another once I wear this one a few times, in the fabric off to the left. It's a J crew dress, love the fabric but not the shape.

An unfinished blouse draped on a dressform. The blouse is made from a pink, black, and white tropical print fabric.
Today’s progress on the #PerennialBlouse from @sewnwithgrit.bsky.social! I’m making this for the #SewskyChallenge2025. It’s been a quick sew and a perfect palette cleanser after my birthday dress project. And a good use for this pretty floral rayon from my stash!
