We went for a journey into a real volcano, it was absolutely amazing, you honestly felt like you were there. Perlan also had lots of great geology exhibits too but the only thing that topped this was the real ice cave. More on that later. #perlan #iceland #volcano
Today began with a hike/visit to the #Perlan museum. Got to see a new show they’re test-driving that’s like a virtual reality trip inside a volcano which was (a) AWESOME and (b) only a teeny-tiny bit like a video of a colonoscopy. Also, fantastic views from their deck—check out those clouds!
