It seems that Ryan Cermak (who has had many unfortunate injuries so far) injured himself during the first Australian Baseball League ( #ABL) game of the season for #PerthHeat. They had another #Rays prospect, C Yirer Garcia, run for him. Cermak was 2 for 2 with a triple to that point.

Angel Mateo and Jhon Diaz were both 2 for 4 in their first #ABL game as they represent the #Rays among the #PerthHeat squad. Mateo CRUSHED a HR in this one with a very impressive swat. Considering his speed & D being a very strong tools, the power is very intriguing to see. #RaysUp
