I was sad when my favourite announcer Michael Dixon @mdixonair.bsky.social left the #MelbourneAces of the Australian #Baseball League #ABL; young Max Tanzer does a very good job there. But for me the announcer whose work now stands out above that of all others is Eric Balnar of the Adelaide Giants.

Oh, I thank you for the correction! I had assumed that Friday's game had been rained out, and that the series' first game would be played on Saturday at 11:30 (a time that I'm pretty sure I saw in the #ABL + app).
So I will tune into the #SydneyBlueSox' broadcast at 15:30.
