Came away from the #petermitchell exhibition thinking about #colourphotography, wanting to experiment and find it myself. His colours came from peeling gloss paint, hand written shop signs and aged brickwork. Beauty, but not from where you'd expect.

Just been to see the most amazing exhibition of #petermitchell #photography
I thought it was so unconventionally beautiful, funny and nostalgic that it was really moving. Perhaps its because my childhood looked like that too? Go and see it if you can.
