CFNU Secretary-Treasurer Angela Preocanin joined the Canadian Health Coalition for a press conference pushing the federal govt to implement a national pharmacare program. Nurses know the risks to patient safety when patients don’t have access to the medications they need. We need #PharmacareNow!

Today I was pleased to meet with the Canadian Health Coalition to discuss the future of public pharmacare. With agreements already in place in BC, Manitoba, PEI, and Yukon, the federal government must uphold the Pharmacare Act and expand access nationwide.
