This is the finished #Piecaken. I now know where I need to position it in the cake. This did not taste nearly as sweet as I thought it would. But it's without the mirror glaze.

This is the #Piecaken just out of the oven. There are bubbles so I will have to remember to bang the pan for the real one.

I'm still tempted to do a real mirror glaze on this test one...
