Devon County Cllr Edward Hill hasn't called a by-election. He was elected as Reform was expelled and is now sitting as an Advance Cllr.

How many councillors has Reform UK lost since May? A regularly updated list of all the local councillors that Reform UK has shed from the May local elections.

Ed Hill was elected as a Reform Devon County Cllr for #Pinhoe & Mincinglake and is now standing as Advance.
Angela Nash was also elected as a Reform Devon County Cllr for Wonford & #StLoyes and is now standing as Advance cllr.
They haven't called by-elections.
