A brief burst of sunlight illuminating the Lake District fells and Ullswater on a dull day.

On a wet and windy day I ventured up onto #PlaceFell because being a smaller hill, it was only just in the cloud. Around midday some sunlight managed to pierce the heavy clouds, creating a spotlit splash of intense colour that raced across #Patterdale
