My Pocket Pikachu is almost at a million steps, with 985,646 steps taken!
For those who have been following my #PocketPikachu journey to one million steps, I am happy to confirm that I am very nearly there!

A damaged Pocket Pikachu (sad face) clipped to a piece of card, which will journey with me for the final week or so of my challenge. I am so close now, I cannot give up!
Today I reached over 900,000 total steps!
Amazingly it works! The amount of steps were in line with what I normally do. Pikachu has limped over the 900,000 step mark! I'm so proud of myself for getting this far.
I'm going to aim higher. One million total steps by a week on Sunday!

Pocket Pikachu hinge has cracked on one side. It may not be safe to carry it around in the usual way.
Pocket Pikachu update! Err... Not a good one though!
The hairline crack from a few months ago developed into a full break on the hinge. It's probably not safe to carry it around, despite being so close to my goal!
Suggestions? I don't want to lose it before I reach a million!

Pocket Pikachu update for you all! I have now reached 800,000 steps of my 1,000,000 goal. I think it's going to be achieved before the end of summer at this rate!
