From left to right: Dr Thaddeus "Rusty" Venture from The Venture Bros, Zagreus from Hades, Silver from Deadlock and Jax from The Amazing Digital Circus. For the narrator, I chose Disco Elysium's narrator since they're all quite confident characters so some insight into/riffing on their thoughts would be funny. Also Rusty's item potential is perfect for his character (valuable but expendable, technological/weapons, references)
From left to right: Wallace from Wallace & Gromit, Travis Touchdown from No More Heroes/Kill The Past, Fionna from Adventure Time/Fionna and Cake and Dingodile from Crash Bandicoot. For the narrator, I couldn't choose between The Narrator from The Stanley Parable or Caine from The Amazing Digital Circus. Caine probably has the stronger case though since he's more currently relevant and his voice actor is a NMH fan. These four also have great item potential
