Thousands of fragments and alters scattered around our headspace, which looks like a city, and we were told that there are more out there than just those few.

How do you handle that many alters?

Do other people with DID sometimes struggle to tell who is fronting because everyone feels like one alter but to the left or to the right?
For us this really only happens when there are a lot of fragments around. But damm it's confusing 😕
