豚ロース350gポークジンジャー。筋切りして塩コショウ振って小麦粉まぶして両面こんがり焼いて、ソースはすりおろした生姜とにんにく、醤油、酒、みりん。仕上げに黒胡椒。表面はカリッと中はしっとりジューシーな豚肉に生姜とにんにくが効いた甘辛いソースが絡む。旨い。飯も酒もすすむ。 #おうちごはん #porkginger

キッチンマカべ
ポークジンジャー(ロース)

成城学園前から徒歩で祖師谷大蔵方面へ、今日のお昼はキッチンマカべです。
かなり久しぶりです。

ポークジンジャーといえばこちらの名前が出てくるほど有名。
リブロースの方が柔らかいんですが、今日はしっかりした噛みごたえを求めてロースにしました。

ポークジンジャーとは別に”豚ロース生姜焼き”もあって、そちらは薄切り、こちらは厚切り1枚、ただ、そこまで分厚くなくてちょうど良い厚み。

結構待たされたけど、その分美味しく頂きました。
