Energy Commission Announces Successful Bidders For NewGen25 Programme KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 13 (Bernama) — Bidding for the NewGen25 tender programme has been concluded, according to the Energy Commission (EC). In a statement today, the EC said it launched the NewGen25 tender programme in May 2025, the first competitive bidding for thermal power plant held since 2012.
