I've initiated several more conversations w/ #GoogleOne customer support since yesterday, making up for many months in which they didn't hear a peep from me. Just opened a new ticket seeking to remedy how my account's mysterious deletion resulted in my #PreferredCare insurance getting discontinued.
Transferred from someone in the Philippines to someone in India. Told (nicely) that no claim can be made since my #PreferredCare was not auto-restored when my account was restored. It's not even clear I could have restored it in any event. So, now infuriated, asking for account "deletion" record...
Day off to an annoying start as I use my #GoogleVoice number on a laptop to talk w/ #GoogleOne (ie Google customer support) about filing a 1st-ever #PreferredCare (insurance) claim on a #GooglePixel w/ a newly broken screen. Issues pursuant to my account of 20 years recently being "deleted"/restored
