Average market price of housing in the borough = £575k (source Rightmove)
80% = £460k
Who can afford that? Household income would have to be £100k+ pa!

I agree in the disconnect with players and management towards their fans. They might not need their money so much but they need their faces to fill the stands and make the atmosphere for the spectacle of TV on which they do need
