Considered to be a hallmark of #PrimaryBilliaryCholangitis, we observed that autoantibodies against #mitochondria are present in ~13% of #scleroderma patients with severe #GI #dysmotility. More the levels of these autoantibodies, slower the GI transit!! (3/n)
