Settings > Privacy and Security > Manage Source > Check all the boxes.

I have never seen ads on YT, but... I never "sign in" & can't play more than 1 minute of any video now. 😁
Fair compromise I suppose. (I have other ways & means, the very few occasions I need to watch a YT clip. 😉)

For me, it's when I installed #uBlock* & blocked a bunch of their URLs that I saw on the dashboard how ubiquitous they are. Essentially every commercial website & every blogging/messaging platform has a backdoor into these data-farms.

Ugh, I'd like to "have a word" with the AP/CollegeBoard people who designed their website. It uses way too many domains/trackers for my taste. The amount of things I've had to whitelist just for basic website functionality is simply excessive. It just feels...gross...to visit websites like that […]

Tbh, I have them ALL uBlocked + #PrivacyBadger. No connections to MS/Meta/Ggl/Apl/Amzn++ unless I specifically need to connect to any one URL ephemerally. Ggl are the worst, but these (Firefox) plugins give a startling view of the scope of the #Privacy invasion.
