The UK’s Royal Mail was privatised in 2013. Prices went up and the service deteriorated. Post Office Counters sell postage at a different rate than the Royal Mail online because they are different enterprises. Sorting offices are understaffed and mail is delivered late. #PrivatisationHasFailed
