An American Citizen's Priority Imperative for 2026 Elections: It’s the priority and imperative of every United States Citizen to take action to preserve our US Constitution and form of Government thereunder. In 2026 general elections, a coalition of eligible US voters, all of which much register to vote, and pro-democracy candidates who stand with the US Constitution, must exhibit diligence[1] and commitment to success in electing a two-thirds super majority in the House and take a three-fifths majority in the Senate[2]. [1] Diligence, a learnable skill, combines creative persistence, a smart-working effort rightly planned and performed in a timely, efficient and effective manner to attain a pure result of the highest quality of excellence. [2] The Senate adopted a rule to allow a two-thirds majority to end a filibuster, a procedure known as "cloture." In 1975 the Senate reduced the number of votes required for cloture from two-thirds of senators voting to three-fifths of all senators duly chosen and sworn, or 60 of the 100-member Senate.
