My favorite teaching technique is the Gallery Walk. It admits to varying degrees of success but it literally never fails and it is extremely adaptable to format (F2F, DE, large class, seminar, small-group, all works fine)

If you want teachers to dress more “professionally”, then perhaps treat them like the educated professionals they are 🤷🏻‍♀️
