Project 50 is written on a whiteboard. The rules are: 1. Wake up before 8am with at least 6 hours of sleep , 2. Do morning routine within 1 hour with no distractions., 3. Exercise 1 hour a day, 4. Read 10 pages a day. 5. Dedicate 1 hour a day towards a new skill. 6. Follow a healthy diet, in this case I'm following a mediterranean diet. And finally 7. Track daily progress.
I'm back on track with #project50! Lost 5lbs so far in 2 weeks with excerise. I went on a short walk then played some Ring Fit for the rest of my workout. Today, I'm reading Masters of DOOM by David Kushner. Which is about the making of the original DOOM. My Japanese lessons are also taking off.
