Rules for Project 50 are listed on a whiteboard. 1. Wake up before 8am with at least 6 hours of sleep. 2. Do morning routine within 1 hour. 3. Exercise 1 hour a day. 4. Read 10 pages a day. 5. Dedicate 1 hour a day towards a new skill. 6. Follow a healthy diet. (Mediterranean is in parentheses indicating that diet is being followed). 7. Track daily progress.

#project50 is still going strong! Duolingo is on point. Exercise has been good on Ring Fit for the Switch. I no longer have any "brain fog" I can think way more clearly and I feel more comfortable in general. This self improvement challenge really works wonders.

I'm back on track with #project50! Lost 5lbs so far in 2 weeks with excerise. I went on a short walk then played some Ring Fit for the rest of my workout. Today, I'm reading Masters of DOOM by David Kushner. Which is about the making of the original DOOM. My Japanese lessons are also taking off.

Fumbled my daily step challenge but we are back on it. However, I'm going to kick it up a notch. Inspired by my friend Tiggy, I'm going to start participating in the #Project50 self improvement challenge. Tomorrow morning, my whole routine is going to change. It's only up from here!
