🆘 “Where are people supposed to go?”

Mike is homeless, isolated in his Newark shelter, and can’t access OTA benefits. Robert, a veteran, is struggling too.
Shelters are full. Hotel stays last 1 night. And people are getting fined for sleeping outside.
